At Plicksy, we care about your experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll help fix it.

🔄 Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product should be in resellable condition

  • Final Sale, personal care items, and perishables are not eligible for return

💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or defective

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping

  • If you’re returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), return shipping is your responsibility

We offer free exchanges in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect product received

❗ Important Notes

  • Do not ship items back without approval – these will not be accepted

  • Returns sent back used or damaged due to mishandling will not be refunded

  • Plicksy reserves the right to approve or decline return/refund requests based on item condition
