Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Product should be in resellable condition

Final Sale, personal care items, and perishables are not eligible for return
💸 Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or defective
🚚 Return Shipping

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping

If you’re returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), return shipping is your responsibility
